Leader as Coach course highlights:

  • Leader as Coach fulfils three of the five necessary steps toward achieving your Associate Certified Coach Credential from ICF (education hours, mentor hours, and performance evaluation)
  • Your registration fee includes 14 sessions directed by our lead facilitator, Ed Temple, a Master Certified Coach with more than 2,500 hours of coaching experience, with support from faculty who are all ICF-certified.

How this coaching course can help you

Leader as Coach is your first step to your dream of becoming a professional coach – a highly sought, highly marketable skill.

Leader as Coach fulfils three of the five necessary steps (education, mentor coaching hours and a performance evaluation) toward achieving your Associate Certified Coach (ACF) credential from ICF.

Once you’ve successfully completed Leader as Coach, you need to complete at least 100 hours of coaching experience and successfully pass the ICF Credentialing Exam to be an ACC.

Course delivery

  • Online, synchronous instruction. You learn where you are but with a cohort of other like-minded leaders.
  • In addition to weekly classes, you’ll need to make time for small group work, mentor coaching, reflection and reading materials.
