The Kodiak Cave
The Cave is the student lounge area located between the College Centre Core and the Physical Education Building. It provides a relaxed area where students can meet and discuss their classes over a coffee or snack. Food Services provides hot and cold drinks, pastries, subs, smokies, burgers, chili, pizza, soups and salads, nachos and various snacks.
Food Court Mall
Culinary services are provided to students, faculty and staff in the Food Court Mall. You will find trendy grazing counters, which include:
- Cake & Cookie
- Soup & Sandwich
- Breakfast & Buffet
- Pizza & Pasta
- Burger & Bun Bar
The Food Court operates 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m, Friday.
The Garden Court
The Garden Court offers discerning patrons the opportunity to try the latest culinary delights. The restaurant is run by the students from the Culinary Careers diploma program. The menus range from lunch express, buffets, gala dinners and evening dining, at various times during the year.

The Garden Court is an ideal setting for the Culinary Career Diploma students to experience an authentic restaurant business environment.
From menu development and costing, purchasing and preparation of food items, to customer service and human resource management, students are constantly challenged in these day-to-day operations.
You, the patron, make this training experience possible for the students of the Culinary Careers Diploma.
Campus Catering
Culinary Services offers opportunities for conventions to engage our department in a variety of catered events.
We cater on-campus functions only, where opportunities exist for our culinary students to hone their skills under the guidance of academic instructors, in industry like settings. All our food service outlet product offerings are primarily student curriculum projects.
Students are readied for the co-op industry placement by this process and we have been able to achieve a 100% employment rate for our grads.
