Kodiak House
Lethbridge College’s new residence tower features 109 single suites that match sustainable design with student comfort. Each suite has a private bathroom, and is furnished with a queen bed, desk, and wardrobe. Kitchens are equipped with microwaves, fridges and hotplates.
These suites are designed to accommodate mature learners who want privacy, and learners looking for a quiet study environment during their stay at Lethbridge College. They will appeal to students who appreciate sustainability and environmentally conscious design and building materials.
Fifteen of the suites will be wheelchair accessible and barrier free for people with mobility issues. These suites feature wider doorways, lowered shelving, open sinks to accommodate wheelchairs, lower windows, and larger bathrooms with grab bars.
30th Avenue Residence, Townhouse
The 30th Avenue Residences provide housing to 208 students in cottage-style units. Each furnished suite has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cullen Residence, Townhouse
Thirty-four townhouses provide many advantages for those students wanting affordable on-campus accommodation. Each townhouse (approximately 1,100 square feet) has three levels, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, and completely furnished kitchen and living room.

Cullen Residence, Two Bedroom Unit
Forty-four, two-bedroom suites (10 designed specifically for the physically challenged) provide semi-private living for those who prefer this arrangement. Each suite is equipped with a four-piece bath, furnished living room and kitchenette (suites for the physically challenged have complete kitchens).

Cullen Residence, Family Unit
Eight family units are also available. The units, designed for families of four, include all the basic amenities, plus a shared basement. All suites are equipped with furniture, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Students must provide their own towels, linens and other personal items.
