Physical Education Complex

The Physical Education Complex includes the Val Matteotti Gymnasium (three full-size gymnasiums) with seating for 1,100; four international-size squash and racquetball courts; a fitness-testing centre and therapy centre; a fitness centre complete with state-of-the-art strength equipment, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and a multi-purpose exercise studio and combatives room. A steam room is located in each locker-room area.

6:30 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday-Friday*
9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday-Sunday

*Exception: Closed for academic classes from 8:30 – 10 a.m. Monday, Wednesday (Cardio open) and Thursday.
