ESL for Nursing

Upgrade your English skills for nursing in Canada

Qualified foreign nurses who want to practise in Canada and want to improve their occupational English reading proficiency can do so online through Lethbridge College’s English Language Centre.

This program will be of interest to internationally educated nurses preparing for certification exams. It consists of four components: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Two other courses — medical terminology and intercultural communication – will also be added.

The program will enhance the integration of foreign nurses and nursing students into Canadian society, better preparing them to advance in their field and in their careers.
