RSP-251 Facilitating Person Centered Planning
This course will prepare students with basic skills needed for person centered planning with individuals and families. Focus will be on the historical context of service planning for people with disabilities, the initiation of the planning process, the facilitation of planning and the development of effective personal networks to assist people in achieving their personal goals. This course will also examine how person centered planning can lead to inclusive support models that enable individuals with disabilities to have quality life experiences.
