COR-262 Drugs in Corrections

This course covers the role that addictive substances and addiction plays within the correctional population. Drug recognition and the physiological effects of drugs and alcohol intoxication and the identification of symptoms of drug and alcohol intoxication and addiction are studied. The identification and management of offenders who are abusers or addicts of drugs or alcohol is reviewed. Not available for supplemental.
