Bachelor of Nursing – After Degree

Top off your education with the Bachelor of Nursing – After Degree.This intensive, 23-month program is designed as an accelerated program for students who hold a degree in any area or field of study. Offered in collaboration with the University of Lethbridge, students will complete two semesters here and the remaining four at the U of L.  Upon completion, you will be eligible to write the Canadian Registered Nursing Examination (CRNE), giving you the opportunity to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Bachelor of Nursing – After Degree  is right for you if you have:

  • a bachelor’s degree
  • excellent problem-solving, organizational and critical-thinking abilities
  • good written and oral communication skills
  • the ability to make decisions quickly, especially in stressful situations
  • patience, flexibility, understanding and a caring attitude
  • the ability to lead and work co-operatively with others.

There is a required practicum component to this program. The College dictates the legal terms and conditions governing the practicum experience. Failure by the student to accept by way of legal contract and abide by these terms and conditions will result in non-completion of the program.
