You’ll be installing and maintaining wind turbines in an industry that is experiencing high demand for skilled workers in Canada and around the world. Projections in Canada alone are for nearly 3,000 trained technicians for currently approved wind projects. If you’re willing to travel, job opportunities are almost limitless.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will:

• have an understanding of:
• wind turbine electrical systems
• wind turbine mechanical systems
• wind turbine hydraulic systems
• blade inspection and repair.

You will be able to:

• diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and mechanical wind turbine equipment
• complete the BZEE qualification examinations to receive the BZEE certification
• travel and find meaningful opportunities for employment across the globe.
