A day to celebrate our college’s diversity.
Join us for a fun celebration. There will be delicious food, entertainment and exhibits.
- 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Entertainment and exhibits - Centre Core
- 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Food Fair: discover world cultures in Centre Core and, for $10, sample some international cuisine. Purchase your food ticket at the Students Association or the International Services Office by March 19.
Food Fair Booths:
- Asia – Thai shrimp and crab soft spring rolls with lemon grass dipping sauce
- Europe – Individual English shepherd’s pie
- South America – Brazilian chicken and cheese rissoles
- North America – Bison burger sliders with Saskatoon chutney
- Africa – Madagascar baked coconut mango bread pudding with passion fruit vanilla sauce
Note: Limited quantities of vegetarian options are available upon request.
LCSA events happening that week:
- 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., March 21: On the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, a guest speaker will talk about diversity.
- 8 p.m. – midnight, March 22: International Open Mic and Beer Fest in The Cave, hosted by Devin Gergel. Try different beers from around the world with your friends while enjoying live entertainment.
