Be Fit for Life
We are an on-campus fitness resource centre that provides fitness services, programs, information and activities designed to encourage and support a healthy lifestyle. The Be Fit for Life Network is funded by Alberta Community Development via the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation and the hosting post-secondary institutions. The network comprises nine regional centres focused on providing services, programs and resources to promote the health benefits of active living and physical activity. Schools, communities and workplaces are welcome to access these services.

- fitness leader certification courses for Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA)
- professional development courses for fitness leaders and appraisers
- links for Albertans to a vast network of fitness, health and nutrition professionals
