Seasoning & Flavour Building
This course provides participants an insight into the many seasoning and flavour building ingredients most people have in their home, but are never sure where and when to use them. Items covered will include: - Pan seared steaks with sauteed mushrooms - Garlic creamed potatoes with cream cheese and yogurt - Oriental stir fry vegetables with ginger, Soya sauce and sesame oil We will also discuss common items in most home fridges and where to use them, such as worster sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, curry paste, horseradish, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, etc.
