Dr. Tracy Edwards has been President of Lethbridge College since July of 2005.

Originally from Ontario, Dr. Edwards worked 15 years in the Nova Scotia Community College system before moving to the United States to pursue doctoral studies. She has twice been designated as a Kellogg fellow and is the recipient of numerous other scholarships and leadership awards; she was recently recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Community College Leadership program at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS; her doctorate is from the University of Texas at Austin, with a specialization in community college leadership.

Following her graduate work, Dr. Edwards served at Macomb Community College in Warren Michigan as Associate Dean of Social Sciences. Prior to arriving in Lethbridge, she was Academic Vice-President/Chief Learning Officer of Valencia Community College in Orlando Florida—grantor of the largest number of two year degrees in the United States.

Dr. Edwards has extensive teaching and administrative experience; she is a regular presenter at national and international conferences and has been published in various educational journals and periodicals.

Peter was named Vice President Academic and Chief Learning Officer at the end of 2005.

A Lethbridge College veteran, Peter has served in several capacities at the college since 1991, including the post of Team Leader for five years. He's also a Lethbridge College alumnus.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architectural History from the University of British Columbia and a Lethbridge College Diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology. He obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria while employed at Lethbridge College.

Peter came to the college as an hourly instructor. After spending two summers teaching in India, he became a continuing instructor in 1996 and took on the Program Chair role for the Engineering Technology programs.

A year later, he was named Team Leader for the Centre for Engineering Technology as a seconded faculty member. When the Centre expanded in 2000 to include Trades, Industrial and Technical Training and Agriculture Technology, he became a full-time administrator as the Centre's Team Leader. The Centre expanded again in 2003 to include Communication Arts and Multimedia.

Vice President Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer

Simon was named Vice President Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer in May 2010.

Born in the United Kingdom, he received his high school and university education in South Africa, before becoming a chartered accountant. Simon has held senior level financial positions at organizations including the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust and Canterbury and Coastal NHS Trust and was a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He was also financial consultant at Medway Community Healthcare and the Central Government of the States of Guernsey.

Simon holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Africa and was awarded a University Council merit bursary for academic excellence. He achieved his Chartered Accountant designation from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and continues to be a professional member of this organization.
